This Blog post is intended to assist those who attended MindStore courses in London and Johannesburg over the past couple of weekends. If you didn’t attend, much of the content will serve as a reminder of the basics while the specific methods are based on our reintroduction of the original MindStore methods that have been upgraded and updated. All courses across our entire portfolio will revert to the new/old material from now on.

I trust you are all settling into your “New Home” and have been having fun and getting fantastic results with your visits. I have been delighted with the feedback and truly inspired by the exceptional stories that have come in since Saturday. As promised here is a blog to remind you of some of the key features plus some additional pointers.

Firstly I would like to impress on you that the greatest gift provided on Saturday was the “Alpha State” or as we have previously called it “Foundation”. This provides us with the means to tune to the rhythm and resonance of the “universal wavelength” for the laws of attraction and manifestation. The process, it’s procedures and discipline allow you the time required to relax into the rhythm and stabilise your connection.

So each day find the position, do the breathing followed by the full head to toe relaxation. Head for your “beach” then onto the bank of the river. Remind yourself of the lush green grass, the blue sky and the construction of your “House With The Red Roof.” Enjoy a drink of crystal clear water from the well as you prepare to step inside your entrance. Remind yourself of the shape of this space, the height of the ceiling, decorative features, lighting and colours. Focus on your 5 values cast before you on the floor selecting one for contemplation. List your 3 “hassles” then enjoy your shower before wiping the slate clean. The house is then open up to you with all its wonder and potential.

Every time you access your new home take the time to meet with your coaches whether directly in “The Den” or elsewhere. Invest in this imaginary tool to build a relationship with that part of you that resonates at a higher level or put another way your intuitive self. Remember you may have the feeling that you are just making this up but that in effect is the point. Make believe at this level of awareness accesses the intuitive faculty of the right brain. As time goes by getting to know each other over leisurely conversations or more directly through sharing in the use of the Media Room is absolutely fantastic. Insights, better problem solving and breakthroughs all result in engaging with this fascinating inner work. Many of you have already fed back how this is becoming much more intuitive and how you have already improved in all manner of ways.

Media Room Tips

For creative “problem (”delete that programme” )…challenge solving” follow this procedure:

Admit and accept your current reality by projecting the image and content of the challenge on the central screen – move to the past (right) screen to study and analyse the challenge, ask yourself who’s involved, what’s involved, where and when does it happen and so on. Then make the screen go blank, come back to the present screen and consider your current reality once more before also making that screen blank too. Now move your eyes to the left and on your future screen (screen 3) explore various alternatives. You will find that in the Alpha State your combined creativity and intuition will begin to come up with possibilities you would otherwise not have considered. You can play forward each solution on the screen till you find the one you feel is the best solution. Create then a scene of the solution being realised, pay attention to what you would expect to see hear and feel. Finally freeze and frame the final “photograph” in brilliant white light. With all your programmed outcomes on the future screen you commit to regularly review it until it is actually manifested in real life. Mohamed Ali called this image a “Future History”.

Now once this is established you move to the 4th screen the consequences screen to consider the benefits for others when your Future History is achieved. The same process is used with each of your 7 key goals and indeed any other goals or programmes you wish to have in your life. Remember too, critically when you go back to review your Future History on your 3rd screen you never ever consider the present or past screen. You are now a futurist and are committed to bring the solution or goal into being by constantly reviewing in The Alpha State screens 3 and 4 only.

Parking cars, finding the best table in a restaurant or seats at the theatre and endless other outcomes can be programmed quickly and purposefully by simply putting your Tip Of The Tongue Trigger in place together with the Kubera Mudra and immediately flashing the 3rd screen into your minds eye and seeing the result you want, a quick glance at the 4th screen will complete the process. Simply open your eyes and go about our business with the desire, belief and expectation that you will succeed.

On every visit to your new home make the commitment to work on your own personal development by engaging with your inner coaches. You can of course meet them in “The Den” though you can choose to maintain your inner relationship at any location. I always involve them in considering my options on the screens in The Media Room and I find it particularly wonderful when they assist me in my study of the images on the walls in my Central Hallway. Clearly there are many other rooms and indeed locations on the landscape where you can enjoy their company too but that is all for another time.

The Energising Beam. You can use this very special tool at any time you feel the need for additional energy or even to take away a headache before it becomes established and intense. Always use it as you leave the house when you have just programmed an important meeting or event in the Media Room or ran a rehearsal in the Theatre of Possibilities.

To use it first consider the 3 general opportunities that are currently on your mind (raising your intention in the Alpha State to focus on opportunities charges the magnetic like characteristic of your mind and causes you to attract into your reality whatever you require to achieve them) then step onto the platform imagine turning on its power and immediately feel a vibrating and vibrant beam of energy rising up from the floor below into every cell of your body. I actually slowly stand up before turning it on and literally shake with the imaginary force deciding and demanding to be charged by its abundant vitality and health. Then turn it off and step away to take a look up at your stained glass window, remind yourself of your core values and leave the house enjoying another drink of crystal clear and refreshing spring water. Look towards the river bank and step forwards as you count from 1-7 and over to the Left Bank where you take action and go about your business.

That’s more than enough for now, stay connected via email or the social networks. I will also provide you with more tools and techniques on a conference call that you can participate on within a couple of weeks time. Do please send me stories of using your new tools and techniques and if you can give me permission to post them with or without your details you will be encouraging others and as the universe seems to operate the intention to assist will come back to you multiplied.

We have now decided to present this course in Glasgow on Saturday 3 March 2012 and are considering Dublin too. Remember if you are interested in how MindStore and all our programmes and solutions can assist you at work or in our business please get in touch. In the meantime enjoy and remember

autumn family

It’s half term time :-)

So for those of you with families, this is one of the best times of the year for QRT (Quality Recovery Time) and just ahead of the rush towards the end of the year. It has also just gone harvest time, so what have you managed to bring in from the seeds of the goals you planted back at the start of the year?

This is a great time to enjoy a walk through the wonderful autumnal colours. Have a go at this, before heading out, get into the Alpha State to review the progress you’ve made so far. Think also about the expectations that you have for the end of the year. Without being concerned with the “HOW” question regarding how you’re actually going to win through, just be prepared to open up to your subconscious showing you the way by providing feedback through the walk itself, (if you did the Island then you know what I’m on about).
Just go out, enjoy the fresh air and look for signs.

Here are some more helpful tips that’ll help you make the most of your down time and gear you up for the inevitable return to work and the final push towards achieving your goals this year.

Access the Alpha State. Take time out of your day to purposefully relax – even if it’s just for five minutes. Find a comfortable position in a straight back chair and close your eyes. Focus on your scalp, then slowly downwards across your face, your forehead, eyes, cheeks, lips, tongue, jaw etc. Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation flowing down through your body all the way down to your toes.

Unwind with a your friends and family. Enjoy this precious time together, it’s priceless.

Take a walk. The colours are just fantastic at this time of year, get outdoors and explore the countryside. If you’re by the sea, go beachcombing and grab yourself some chuckies (from the Island)

Uncover a hidden talent. Try something you’ve never done before. Better still; experience it with your children or partner.

Make time to refocus on your goals pull out your Night Book and put it into use for the final push towards the end of December. Look forward to achieving your goals and really celebrate your achievements.

Note and record the best part of your day. Read your goals again before you fall asleep looking forward to something you desire.

A while ago we posted our first video promoting the next MindStore Transformation Event. It triggered a response from my good friend Bill Spear from Connecticut in the USA. You may recall me mentioning Bill to you before, I’ve always recommended his “Passage Retreat” and way, way back had the pleasure of introducing him to MindStore members in Glasgow and London when he presented workshops for us on Feng Shui before it became ‘sexy’.

Apart from kind and encouraging remarks he took the path of true friendship and pointed out that he’d noticed that it took until the very end before I smiled….and he was right.

At first, I rationalised his feedback by telling myself I was overly serious about my subject as I feel it’s really important and all I want to do is to encourage folks to explore the ideas and use our tools and techniques. However Bill is no ordinary friend and it’s hard to think of a more knowledgeable or enlightened one, so I asked if he had any suggestions to ensure I was genuinely smiling when recording these video clips. As you might expect, Bill is hardly inclined to use some cheap disingenuous trick to falsify a smile anyway, so his response was truly profound and something I feel I should pass on.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “You are what you eat”. Well, here’s an interesting twist on that idea…

Bill Spear lives a macrobiotic life-style. Indeed 15 years ago, I had a serious illness; long before I was introduced to Lothar and the Stuttgart regime through Klaus Pertl. Back then Bill had recommended that I consider changing my diet in order to fight the condition as the medical treatment was not that attractive long term. I took his advice and embraced a macrobiotic diet for some time after that.

So, his response to my ‘smiling’ question was to remind me of the environment and the attitudes of the person preparing and cooking my food – initially I thought ‘what has this got to do with me smiling?’. He stressed he could never eat food from a “Gordon Ramsay style Angry Kitchen.” He pointed out how he’d gladly eat non macrobiotic food prepared with love by a welcoming host. He stated “Who wouldn’t want to eat a slice of Grandma’s Apple Pie?” He strongly suggested I took a closer look at my food and the journey it had taken to reach my plate.

So I did and WOW he blew me!!

With Bills emphasis on the cooking of food, reminding me of macrobiotics I was brought abruptly to my own reality. I travel constantly, indeed I’m writing this piece from a deli in an airport and so I have no idea and don’t really want to think about how the food was prepared or cooked. That accepted, I realised too that 95% of the food we eat at home is prepared and cooked by myself… Although my wife is a wonderful cook, I’ve always done the cooking – I really love doing it! But, here’s the challenge…Over the past 6 years I’ve also done my work from the kitchen table, we do have a lovely office at home but I just prefer spreading everything out on a large surface and using the laptop from there too.

I guess you can see where I’m going with this, not only am I cooking food in my “office” but very often I’m eating it there too. If the cooking environment is critical to macrobiotic beliefs then I suppose I have been in real terms swallowing my very serious business regularly for the past 6 years. I know too that I’m not the only one (given the ease of using a laptop). Who else has migrated out of the office space and into the kitchen?

Are you ready for another twist. Again, due to the demand on my time and just plain old convenience, I often buy food from the local supermarket (an award winning one at the end of our lane) rather than drive the half hour to where I can get organic free range produce. I do despite my macrobiotic past, eat meat, mostly chicken and very, very rarely red. I have however been, on reflection eating a fair amount of animal protein recently. Coincidently, I’ve also noticed that I have been fairly quick to anger, and with Bill’s help I now realise that macrobiotic beliefs point to animal protein more than likely contributing towards this, and it does make sense.

I can hardly be committed to the Stuttgart Cancer Programme as I surely am without accepting the notion that emotions play a big part in illness and recovery. Roger Callahan’s TFT proves the point and justifies the link between body and mind and the widely accepted belief in cellular memory. Some of the work I’m doing myself with the quantum fields in health (which I’ll feature in the Transformation Events) absolutely proves this linkage.

All of this got me thinking about the convenience purchases I make from the supermarket at the end of the lane. It doesn’t stock organic free range chicken. It does supply 4 packs, 6 packs and other multiple packs of industrially processed “plump chicken”. Without getting into all that obvious stuff I am now ashamed to admit that in my rush to pick up my food, I block out of my mind the horror of the birth, life and death of the actual chicken. No matter how good I get at doing that I can’t deny now that the cellular memory in those breasts is hardly made up of a contented, safe and happy life lived in relative freedom, but one I actually don’t even want to imagine.

I’m prepared to accept now that I have eaten those cellular recordings and assimilated them into my body and mind but in future, I’ll be far happier to take the half hour drive to the organic store in town…
Food for thought indeed!

Keep smiling…I’m certainly giving it a go.

Life, as they say, is a series of decisions or choices. Being in an informed place for making those decisions is clearly the preferred choice for us all.

As we move forward and evolve as human beings one would hope, and indeed trust, that more and more of us would make our decisions and choices from a much more informed and balanced place.

Yet, time and again, we make them based on our prejudices and current thought patterns. Far too many of us do not test out our own views but take them to be facts and act on them.

As the time comes to make decisions for elections, making informed choices becomes all the more important.  We are probably not ready for it yet but being able to make decisions from a more intuitive place with tools to check for integrity and truth would easily change our world. Coaching, as I do, leaders from all sorts of fields, I am well aware of the need for them to make decisions day upon day. I now include TFT (Thought Field Therapy) into my coaching whether on my courses, with client groups or on one to one’s. These extraordinary tools bring everyone to a point of balance free from stress and urgency and therefore the ability to more than likely make the correct decisions.

Think about it, it just isn’t good enough any more for all of us to be rushing around up to our necks in demands and schedules, yet still expect to make good decisions and choices. Many of these directly impact our lives but, more importantly, can in many cases influence the lives of countless others.

Ancient wisdom tells us to slow down and regularly take time for peace and quiet, not only to manage our stress but for taking time out to find balance and clarity.

Clearly, if we commit to building into our busy schedules time to take stock and relax we will all perform much better. Even just taking time out to actually stop and think is relatively rare in the modern age. I strongly recommend that you find your own way of doing so. Better decisions make for a better life. We make choices, day in, day out, from what we choose to eat and drink right up to who we vote for and everything in between. So make space to really think and make the best decision you can and choose carefully your vote.

Keep smiling!

Jack
